All About Pico
Pico Escondido exists as a result of many people's desire to see
Dominican youth meet our savior Jesus Christ. It was through a rough history
of camping in the Dominican Republic that the construction of Pico Escondido
began. This camp property is being made possible by the many folks
who come to serve with us and give of their time, their money, their sweat,
their love, and their lives. Pico Escondido provides kids from
all over the Dominican Republic with the best week of their lives because of the
many folks who come down to serve as work team
members, summer staffers, and spring interns.
Currently, Pico can house up to 110 kids and leaders and hosts three weeks of
Outreach Camps to Dominican teenagers every summer. When completed, Pico Escondido
will be able to house up to 250 kids and leaders and provide facilities
where these kids will be able to enjoy themselves like never before. This
property already has and will continue to serve these kids in a way they could
never have even dreamed. It is truly a privilege for our staff
to be able to serve the Lord in such an incredible place! Thank you for
